These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website, including motorcycles, clothing, accessories and related products.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when:
- We send you an email confirming dispatch (for clothing/accessories), or
- We contact you to confirm your motorcycle order and arrange collection.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if necessary. All orders are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout.
If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment must be received before an order can be accepted.
4. Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:
- Colours may vary depending on your device
- Motorcycle images may show optional extras
- Specifications may change without notice
It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your intended use.

Motorcycles are collection only from:

We will contact you to arrange a collection date once your motorcycle order is confirmed.
6. Returns & Refunds

This applies to clothing, accessories and non‑motorcycle items.
Motorcycle returns are handled in accordance with UK consumer law and our Warranty Policy.

8. Finance
If you apply for finance, you will be introduced to Hawkstone Motor Finance. We act as an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) only.
Finance agreements are between you and the lender. We do not make lending decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
We are not liable for:
- Losses not caused by our breach
- Business losses
- Loss of profit, revenue or data
- Any indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
