Returns – Clothing, Helmets & Accessories

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the process is simple.

Eligibility

You can return most clothing, helmets, parts and accessories within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• With all tags attached

• In a resaleable condition

Non‑returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Helmets that have been worn

• Opened visors or Pinlocks

• Electrical items

• Special‑order parts

• Items fitted to a motorcycle

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number

2. We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions

3. Return the item to us by post or in‑store

4. Once inspected, we’ll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it quickly.
