Buying Motorcycles

Can I buy a motorcycle online?
Yes — all new and used motorcycles can be purchased outright through our website. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm availability and arrange collection.
Do I pay OTR fees online?
No. You pay the motorcycle price online, and the OTR fee is paid on collection. See our OTR Fees Explained page for full details.
Do you deliver motorcycles?
Not at the moment. All motorcycles are collection only from our shop at 172 Portland Road.
How long until my motorcycle is ready?
Preparation times vary by model and stock status. We’ll confirm this with you after your order is placed.


Collection

Where do I collect my motorcycle from?
All motorcycle collections take place at our shop, 172 Portland Road, where a technician will hand over your bike and answer any questions.
What do I need to bring on collection?
You’ll need photo ID, payment for OTR (new bikes only), and any documents we’ve requested.

How much is delivery for clothing and accessories?
FREE on orders over £40
£4.95 Standard Delivery for orders under £40
£6.95 Express Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days, Express 1–2 working days.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes — most items are ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number and we’ll confirm the return process. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Can I return helmets or visors?
Only if they are unworn and unopened. For safety reasons, we cannot accept used helmets or opened visors.


Warranty & Servicing

Do new motorcycles come with a warranty?
Yes — all new motorcycles include the full manufacturer warranty.
Do used motorcycles come with a warranty?
Yes — all used motorcycles include a standard warranty, with length varying by bike.
What’s covered under warranty?
Manufacturing, mechanical and electrical faults not caused by misuse or wear and tear.
Do you service motorcycles?
Yes — our workshop offers servicing, MOT, repairs and safety checks.
