Yes, we recommend booking ahead to ensure availability. Some smaller jobs such as bulb changes or quick checks may be possible on the day, but servicing and repairs require an appointment.

A standard service typically takes between 1–3 hours depending on the model and what’s required. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book in.

Can I wait while my bike is being worked on?

For smaller jobs, yes. For larger services or repairs, we recommend leaving the bike with us and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready.

Do you fit parts and accessories?
